PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

 

Built just 50 yards above the high tide mark, guests of the White House won’t have any shortage of beach time. Playa Hermosa is a calm, grey-sand beach with excellent swimming and sunbathing opportunities. If, however, guests are tiring of the sandy life, they can retreat back to the house and enjoy some time along (or in) the infinity swimming pool. An assortment of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas dot the sides of the pool, offering up a tempting place to while away the afternoon. What’s more, the White House’s own volleyball court provides a never-ending source of fun and diversion. 

The house itself is gorgeous. Its ocean-facing side is all windows – from floor to ceiling, this two-story home looks out onto its own backyard, the Pacific Ocean. This being the case, guests will have beach views from the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The master bedroom is large and on the top floor. It has polished cement floors, a private bathroom, and a king size bed. Even better, a large covered balcony extends the room outdoors. Just beneath the master bedroom are two other rooms, one of which is equipped with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. In total, the house can comfortably sleep 8 people.

There is a modern kitchen stocked with all manner of kitchen utensils, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and icemaker. Other cooking can be done, however, outdoors on the BBQ grill. In the living room, guests can enjoy the 42” HD flat screen satellite TV and relax upon plush couches. 

 Also available are two White House Villas. These two villas are stunningly built with huge sliding glass doors, floating staircases, and large wooden decks. The bottom floor is made up of a living room, full kitchen, and bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with a range of amenities, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave and water dispenser, and the bedroom has two twin size beds. These beds can either be separated or be pushed together, which allows them to be used for both children and couples. An adjoining bathroom opens to a lovely outdoor shower. 

A walk up the floating staircase leads to the master bedroom. Set upon polished cement floors, this room has a comfortable queen size bed, private hot water bathroom, and private terrace. The terrace is stocked with wooden furniture and has partial views of the Pacific Ocean. 

The White House and the Villas are situated directly next to the Pranamar Yoga Resort, providing guests with easy access to yoga and other classes. A gourmet chef and on-site childcare can also be arranged as needed.

The White House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the poolside room, and two single beds in the back bedroom. The house can sleep 8 people. It has a kitchen, infinity swimming pool, and volleyball court. 

The White House Villas have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the other bedroom. These Villas also have a kitchen, living room, and terrace. They can sleep 4 people.
